Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vernal account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
